Well in case anyone is wondering, they're still processing refunds without problems, I just asked for a refund of a Neptune (CA batch) and they said it'll be processed shortly...

I had a pretty good (actually, excellent) experience with refund-6 calendar days between providing bank details and getting money.
Same here, 3 refunded in total (done separately) - no issues at all.
That was a few weeks ago.....
