This is a remarkable achievement by Everton, they performed brilliantly well in the second half by winning the match after conceding two goals earlier, congratulations to the team after a spirited efforts by the manager and his players to escape relegation paid off they really deserve to stay in the top flight league, this is brilliant performance is worthy of commendation no wonder their fans invaded the pitch to celebrate their staying in the league, the team worked hard with determination and zeal to get to this stage after some streak of losses
This season is very difficult for Everton and Lampard but finally they have managed to finish it and achieved a position to stay in Premier League next season. They can celebrate this achievement now but there are ton of workload for them in summer. If they can not improve their quality, the next season will be another difficult one for them.
Lampard have to improve players he has and convince the club to sign with some players. First he and Everton scout team have to work to find good players for their club. Second, transfer deals must be done as expected. There are challenge for them because Everton is not too rich and definitely don't have too big budget for transfer.
Frank Lampard career is in a safe position after Everton managed to survive in the Premier League. The victory over Crystal Palace should be celebrated by Everton because their points can no longer be pursued by the teams below them. The spirit of the Everton players is extraordinary, the few wins that have been achieved to have saved Everton from the brink of relegation. This season has not gone smoothly for Everton, Lampard must immediately target some new players to strengthen the team.
Congratulations to Lampard and Everton for staying in Premier League. However I disagree that Lampard will have a safe career in Everton from now. Things in football change very fast especially nowadays football is abundant with money and seriously monetary-affected.
Lampard should take this achievement as a lesson for him to improve his management. He is still young and has lot of time to sharpen his management and reach to a good career as a coach. In general, he does not actually manage Everton too well but at least result is acceptable.
