Yeap, no withdrawal button. And also I cant see a deposit button. Either these two buttons are hidden somewhere (they used to be in profile>payments) or disabled right now.

The only way to make a deposit I've found is to click on an odd, and there will be a sign insufficient balance and a hyperlink to deposit. This works only for those who has zero balance. I think that is not how things should work.
