I wish this question had a clear answer. I do not think that this question, which has been asked by everyone for years, can be given a clearer answer or a definitively misleading answer. I think everyone would be rich if that was the case.
There's nothing wrong with asking, although everyone always has different and varied answers, it's just a matter of whether someone is rich or not it always depends on what job he is in and how much income he can earn, so that's all that determines whether someone is rich or not. Not on the question or time of investment.
