War is painful, many victims, loss of home, death and also great fear. everyone will surely feel what is felt there or in ukraine and this will be an opportunity for scammers to take action.
intend to donate out of pity they easily trust scammers who are all well packaged to convince people, and these should really do a thorough research before donating as it would be very sad if they don't accept it as they desperately need help from all over the World. And scammers don't think so because all they think about is taking a chance without seeing the suffering of others and must be exterminated.
I would say that such scammers have no emotions or feelings and scam in the name of people who are suffering from war situations.
Innocent people and children are waiting for those charity funds and these scammers have no shame in eating up that money.
I think the only way to stop these scammers is to give them strict punishment/jail if any one of them is caught doing this illegal and immoral activity.
