It is too old rule at 2014,now is 2022 now. And my bitcointalk account in 2013 can't be used now. Is this rule still in effect? I think airddrop is a good interaction,Aren't we here to get some altcoins, to tap new investment opportunities?

Heya, i wanna do a private airdrop for a asset on the stellar chain. My only goal is to get more people creating a trustline to that specific asset and then answer with their federation or wallet address so i can send them their token.
Is that still ok over here?
