Can you posted the proof without doxxing him, so that we're know which one is wrong and which one is right. Though it's weird the user is complaining on 2018, the account were active on 2019-2021, but he came back after 4 years about his old complaint.
Maybe its time for them to answer this question with literal answer and providing proofs .
You have high faucet and it might really lure some players like that so you need also high maintenance here in the forum as they are going to complain about it if you block some of their accounts that claiming faucets and you need to explain from time to time everytime what happened as they are going to try and post accusations about your site.
they are providing answers but incomplete , and this will continue to bring them issues overtime .
