there is always room to go back to the drawing board, which could be another form of taking a break. quitting doesn't make you weak, in fact it is strength to know your limit and breaking point after you have tried all you could. we could also look at coping skills for loses and disappointment before we throw in the towel, so we don't end up regretting our choices. before you quit, ask yourself if you have tried all your options, will you be able to leave with the regret of your decisions, does it cause you more than what you are willing to lose?.
