The answer very easy - they are cheaters. It explaines everything. They spend 1-2 hours to make site(that`s why it is awful), then creating a thread like this and cope-paste it for different boards. Then create the same site and repeat it all. If even 5-10 men will spent $10 - it will be enough to repeat it again and again.

I would second to that. I think that this people are thinking ahead of themselves. Maybe they thought that forum users here are gullible enough to just fall to their bait, which is clearly a proof of mediocracy when it comes to thinking of ways to do such intention. I mean we have seen far more scam projects that have done so much, and even that was revealed and busted, so what makes them think that attempts like this will be pushed right?
We usually see the thread like "xxx is the scam" so there are enough newbies that have not enough experience to understand there is the scam. And every newbie caught by cheater gives him proof that his work made fine and he can get money from newbies with such threads. So i don`t see any way to stop it, we can just try to stop newbies and decrease cheaters profit.

The cheater is always waiting to find a way to trap the newbie. Because newbies don't want to spend time experimenting and being smart.
You will not be able to stop the scams from coming online, but you will be able to thwart the intentions of the scammers by alerting the crypto users and increasing the experience. From my experience, scammers use tempting offers to scam newbies.
