I'm not sure where did you get the information that the house edge is 3% and I also do not know how to calculate the house edge.
Perhaps we need someone who have better knowledge about how to calculate house edge.
Actually I had said that the house edge could be 3%. I have also
mentioned that I'm not sure about it. I didn't give much attention to it before. I thought the house edge is 3% when I noticed the maximum win chance at 1.01× multiplier. You won't be able to set higher than 97% win chance if you play on lower side. Anyway, I was wrong about it. But the house edge isn't 1% at the Tower.bet dice game. It is between 1.5% to 2%. You can calculate the house edge of Dice game in this way:
House edge percentage= 100 - (50× winning multiplier on 50% win chance).
The multiplier on 50% win chance is 1.97× at Tower.bet. So, the house edge is = 100 - (50×1.97) = 1.5%
