- OKEX is not available in every jurisdictions.

So what? Delta Exchange is also not available in all jurisdictions. We look at the limitations of Delta Exchange:

You shall not use the Services if You are located in, or a citizen or resident of the United States of America (including Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands), St Vincent and the Grenadines, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Crimea, Cuba, Afghanistan, Cambodia, Pakistan and any other state, country, territory or other jurisdiction as decided by Us from to time or where Your use of the Services would be illegal or otherwise violate any applicable law.

And compare with OKEX limits:

Also, we may not make all of the Services available in all markets and jurisdictions, and may restrict or prohibit use of all or a portion of the Services from Restricted Locations, which at this time include Hong Kong, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Crimea, Sudan, Malaysia, Syria, United States of America [including all U.S.A. territories like Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Island, and the US Virgin Islands (St. Croix, St. John and St. Thomas)], Canada (limited to the provinces of Ontario and Quebec), the United Kingdom ( specifically regarding our derivatives-related Services for retail users), Bangladesh, Bolivia, Ecuador, Kyrgyzstan and Malta.

If there are any restrictions on countries, you can try the same ByBit or KuCoin.

- You can't trade options on KuCoin

ByBit also has options without KYC and liquidity is higher there.

Delta Exchange has very rare features in the derivatives market. As an example, you can write secured cash puts options there. This is not available on the biggest exchanges (Binance, FTX) outside the US afaik.

This can hardly be called an advantage of the exchange. This is a very specific type of trading and most will never use these derivatives trading tools. The same dubious advantage as trading with x200 leverage. Yes, there is, but few people are interested in it. The same is true with these options functions.
