This will result in massive abuse of the promo and everyone could possibly do this trick, I hope your team will do something about this. However, I was thinking that 5 tickets are not that big a chance you have, even if you have hundreds of tickets but still the chances of winning are not that big enough. A lottery is not that much attractive to the user because of the chances of winning. We probably need more updates to the OP.
There will be cheaters and there will be abusers, their tracking must be good to track these cheaters and abusers but imagine you've won a huge amount and you are caught abusing or a cheater and they have proof that you are indeed a cheater, who you will blame for this but yourself.
In a lottery like this I'm happy to claim the signup bonus and nothing more, the temptation to claim more is there but there's that scenario that you want to avoid winning a jackpot and not being able to claim.
