If you can't withdraw but you can trade, then you could sell those BTC for Paypal or for local transfer.
When you try to verify your account what error do you get? We should know that to be able to help you.
I go to verify it.
I get a link in my phone as SMS.
I open the link.
When I gonna take a photo of my ID card it says "Not enough memory" and I get back to the first step.
Time after time after time after time.
I cant trade or send the bitcoin to another wallet.
But I can delete the account (then I must wait two weeks to recive the BTC)
The error seems to be on your side,most likely from your browser. Have you tried accessing the link in a different browser or maybe on a different phone? You could also try opening the link in desktop version on your mobile browser.
