I can't see any connection between real estate and NFT except the documentation. Physical properties can't be put into NFT except the land titles.

I don't think it is that complex because transfer of title of documents will be the same except for the addition of the NFT copy. It will be complicated if someone mixes a token into the process and if it does, it is surely a money grab project.
