They could prolly play a whole lot better, i mean, there is already so much hype around their new manager, and from what he has done in his previous teams, he doesn't have a bad CV actually, so i am expecting to see more determination and drive from his players next season, the problem now rests in signing the players he so chooses, remember United do not play CL football next season, so it is going to be somewhat difficult to allure players of utmost quality to the club, except they would want to come cause of the money they will be offered. Having said that, i don't think United would be strong contenders for the EPL next season, the manager's task would be to bring balance to the team I am sure, and to keep them firmly within the top four.
