They are cleaning the house, and as I know the problem with the payout is caused by cheaters who did abuse the system. If the problem was clear, I believe all the system payments will take fast and smooth as usual even if they do it with manual or automatic.
They are very passionate about fixing any issues that still exist on their platform, and if they hire a competent team then things will get better. Even though it's back in under construction mode, it should be better when they get back online at 26th as according to the announcement
