As long as they can find a good gambling place, they might be able to invest there but this is a new casino we don't know if they can last long or not. Maybe if the casino can last a long time, it will be our luck because we can find the right casino. But if not, then it is our fault for investing in a new casino. I suggest not investing in advance if it is a new casino as they still need to develop the system and maintain it and work to earn the trust of its users. After they can be stable and get a good reputation, we can try to invest with them but don't use a lot of money because it is very risky.
There are newly opened casinos and they are the ones that seeks for investors or partnerships, I think these are the ones that are very risky. For a new casino, they must not totally depend on the funds of other people but they should allocate most of their money to build a fully functional site. For us that is willing to invest on them, we can research first if they can be trusted and then maybe start only with tiny amounts.
