There is nothing complicated with using chipmixer,but I would strongly suggest that you use it only with Tor browser and onion link.
Scammers created a lot of fake domains and phishing websites, so better use only official links found in forum and chipmixer signatures.
I don't know what is your native language, but there are several tutorials written by forum members, asche wrote one in 2020 for German speaking members
