Not actually a scam. There were people he met teaching different skills and Op admitted that he was taught bitcoin trading. Besides, Op paid only $3, who pays $3 to learn full stack skill. I saw it as just an awareness campaign that after the day or two days campaign, the willing candidates would be given a proper skill with an equivalent amount of pay.
Op, the difference between 2017 and today is much, hope you have learnt other things about Bitcoin since after then, or you lost interest?
