Like it happened to many people, I was also astonished to see Mbappe deciding to stay at PSG for three more years. I started to become very confident about him to decide to join Real Madrid this summer. But it looks like PSG offered incredible amount of money to him to change his mind. There are rumours like he is going to earn around 100 million euros per year which doesn't sound very realistic to me. Because there is no player who gets even the half of that amount as yearly salary. But we will find out in the coming days.
Yep, we are surprised with Mbappe's decision to stay, and prefer earning a lot of money to trying to get a better career in Real Madrid. I am starting to doubt if Mbappe really cares about his future, he seems not interested to win the UCL trophy and other international trophies, and what he wants is all about money. I know PSG offers a fantastic salary and bonus, but money shouldn't be everything for a superstar like him. Mbappe should prioritize his career over money, and Real Madrid isn't a poor club that he must avoid joining, he will get a lot of money as well in Real Madrid. However, it is his decision, he is the right to stay or move!Mbappe chose the money instead of having a better career. I don't mean that his career his bad now of course. Maybe PSG haven't been amazing in the Champions League so far but Mbappe has still been showing a wonderful performance. He is the most important player for his team now undoubtedly. So it isn't too difficult to understand the reason why PSG were ready to pour an incredibly high amount of money to extend his contract. But I believe he can have a better career if he joins Real Madrid later. Real Madrid are a winner team while PSG aren't. I don't mean the domestic leagues of course.
