It is normal for a site to have problems. Even the most experienced sites can still run into problems. What was the main problem in the beginning is that players have not been paid out or that there were other problems with paying players. That's the most important thing about a site. I think they underestimated the project, or hired too few software testers to thoroughly test the platform first.
As far as I'm aware about the problem of this site that there was bonus abuse which it did result into multi account and made out withdrawal which they immediately stopped or hold of those request which it do includes out those legit players which it isn't surprising with this kind of complaints but since the site is fully operational now then much assure that they had able to sort or resolve it out.People are just too judgemental on making out direct conclusions without any consideration in regarding the situation.
