I have 2 case unsolved, Trying complaint to support, but they look like ignore my complaint. Already over 1 week
Try to hit the chatbox and let the admin there look over your case, Admin is more active on the chatbox since they moderate it most of the time, unlike their email support. @Oth3rion is the active admin there so make sure you mention him on the chat so that he can easily notice your concern.
