I planned to buy some altcoins now that we are in a bear market but someone I knew is telling me not to, that its possible more dumps will take place, my question is how will I know when it's the right time to buy coins?
Same question here. We have the same plan to invest but I can't decide that easy because the price if Bitcoin and Altcoins always fluctuate and doesn't know when ia the lowest price when i can buy and hold it to gaint some profits.
