I assure you these Pizzas are 100% edible! My wife ordered cheesy bitcoin badges made with a food printer from her friend (although initially I thought that bitcoins would be from wafers).
Very original idea, and I didn't know anyone was making edible bitcoins like that...but I wont ask you what's the taste of bitcoins 
I see some really great pizzas posted in last few days and I am wondering what would true Italian Fillippone say about mayonnaise and mustard on pizza... blasphemy or not...
