On the outlook this is a sound plan but in reality this is just another non-sense proposal. It is easy to create gazillions of stable token and distribute then so that each individual can have millions of stablecoin but the main concern here is the value. To be able for stablecoin to function well, it needs to be backed up by its currency counterpart 1:1. If not then the mentioned stablecoin is as good as those worthless scam token that is scattered on the cryptocurrency market.
But what they fail to understand is that now a bottle of water will be worth 50k and a house will be worth 1 billion or more, so this idea of solving the economic issues that we are having by giving money away is never going to work.
