Be specific on the partnership since you posted your project, what is the amount that you need and where do and how do you spend it, how and what is the profitability of the site, PTC and GPT will not yield huge profit in a short period of time you should give your potential investors a more realistic stat.
You already have a working site and there is no additional cost, you only need to market it, if I have this I would just have it on my own and establish its reputation before offering a partnership.
