I have 2 case unsolved, Trying complaint to support, but they look like ignore my complaint. Already over 1 week

You are one of the most active players in blackjack.fun and managed to reach some VIP levels I mean you can get priority in problem solving
This is one of the reasons we ask for live supports on the site or maybe admin can recruit sujonali1819 as support team.
- case came from Blackjack house is, I been given clue for please check, I did sent a ticket by current incident that's before tag "!" feature release, they ignore me. they said, will check they once dev only on work day (monday), still waiting and they only asking for please send a detail:

Proof my case is ignore for 2 week,
In progress I complaint for waiting solved, I got more case, so total is 3.
case #1.Blackjack = They said can't defined my bets = no refunded of course, I can't do anything.
case #2. they said already solved and refunded, mean while, you can see by history the didn't reply me.
case #3. I got refunded yesterday, and everything is fine.
then a hour ago I got new case, so I sent a ticket more, again and again they didn't reply me
I still don't get points for your case but anyway i hope it can be solved soon and since it's the weekend maybe you will get a response on monday
I still support live support services available in the near future at least within this year this will make it easier to solve cases or remind them when they forget to check it. By the way I haven't seen RW since last week
