Yes this requirement was updated this year to reduce spam activity in chat rooms the most effective is KYC because not everyone wants to do it
I've been inactive in the chat room and haven't received rains since 2021 and the last time I sent rains was about 2 months ago
last week my friend sent a screenshot that one of his friends got $1000 from rains at that time whale sent $5k for 5 users.
I always wonder if it is worth it to actively chat on a site just for the rains, but reading this story makes me rethink it. The requirements are way too high for me (but indeed necessary to have less spammers) and after that it all depends on luck. If you are just active when a whale makes a big win and decides to share something with the other users, you can win a huge amount of money just for chatting and having fun!

Even if you get it is not necessarily more than $1 depends on your luck, when I play and hit something big and I post the bet ID in the chat room then there is a chance I got rains from other users. I've also heard rumors that users who just rank up have a better chance of getting rains
