In progress I complaint for waiting solved, I got more case, so total is 3.
case #1.Blackjack = They said can't defined my bets = no refunded of course, I can't do anything.
case #2. they said already solved and refunded, mean while, you can see by history the didn't reply me.
case #3. I got refunded yesterday, and everything is fine.
then a hour ago I got new case, so I sent a ticket more, again and again they didn't reply me

It took time for them to answer the email ticket since the dev is not working during weekends because your concern is related to that. They are not ignoring you but rather they are just waiting for an answer from their devs since the support has no control over technical concerns. They already clear the 3 issue that you report so just wait for a bit until they reply to you.
