Samourai doesn't have a good reputation regarding privacy. I wouldn't choose it; if you want to give it a try, do it with a Dojo installed. Otherwise, you'll have to hand out your master public key, which nullifies your mixing. Definitely don't go with Wasabi, as they're now censoring certain UTXOs.
