I do agree that Scotland is a better team, but under these circumstances I feel that Ukraine player’s may play much better then they usually would, and therefore there’s a big possibility of them winning against Scotland. However if they fail to perform well then they can’t really be blamed, because these are extraordinary conditions and they may mentally be not prepared for this match, and thus I hope that their fans will support them irrespective of the result.
I reckon they are pretty much very similar in terms of skills, and the game can really go either way. It will be a very close match in my mind. Scotland does have the local advantage so that's something that might give them the edge. We'll have to see how Ukrainian players perform in the field, because it can go either way, they can be motivated to go and win at all costs, or they might have their minds in other, more important things.
It will nevertheless be an interesting game to watch.
