That's right, the two cannot be equated. La Liga is much more competitive with a very fierce competition compared to the Bundesliga which Bayern Munich has dominated for the last 10 seasons.
Losing Messi from Barcelona is a natural thing. I think, the team needs regeneration because Messi is getting old and the players also need other adventurers for his career. it won't matter much when Messi and Ronaldo leave La Liga, La Liga is still a fierce competition.
It's true what you said, if indeed La Liga is a little more competitive than the Bundesliga and Ligue 1, because there are several teams that do compete in the championship competition, unlike the case with one or two dominant teams such as the Bundesliga and Ligue 1, but I think lost Messi and Ronaldo actually lowered the prestige of La Liga, especially in matches like el classico , although we still see an El Classico duel but believe it or not, El Cllassico is no longer as hot as it was when there was still competition between Messi and Ronaldo.
The comparison is quite far here considering that for Ligue1 and the Bundesliga, it is entirely dependent on only 1 club being the champion.
The Bundesliga has now been held for a decade by Bayern for Ligue 1, PSG is still in control despite the surprises of the previous season.
Even though La Liga is still controlled by several clubs here, at least there is still a bit of competition to become champions there
