The question is very clear, it's about your reputation since you're a new account, what if the one you represent to make a bet wins let's say he won $1000 how sure the bettor will get his winning, you don't know each other you just delete your chat then its all gone, are you going to offer KYC and send your information to guaranty that you will not run away which I doubt your bettor will take.
