I do agree that Scotland is a better team, but under these circumstances I feel that Ukraine player’s may play much better then they usually would, and therefore there’s a big possibility of them winning against Scotland. However if they fail to perform well then they can’t really be blamed, because these are extraordinary conditions and they may mentally be not prepared for this match, and thus I hope that their fans will support them irrespective of the result.
Yes, I also believe they are going to get support from their own fans and most of the neutral fans as well. Well, it is not supported in my opinion, I think we should call it sympathy. And you obviously can't win a football match just with the help of sympathy. Because they will not get any sympathy from their opponent team on the field and I believe Scotland will be the winners in this match.
Maybe the sympathy and fans cannot make you win the game but sure they can boost your motivation higher than that of an opponent which has not a lot of support,Scotland luckily have it also. However the game will be decided in the field and both teams are of equal quality,I cannot differentiate which team is better than the other judging on individual players each team has.It is going to be a good game and I think even the referee will show sympathy to Ukraine because of what is happening there which can be a key point in how the game ends.
