Scotland has always played like a team and strong unit making them a favorite to progress to the world cup. Ukraine is not mentally and psychological ready for this game next week though but the players are professionals and will give it their all on the pitch. I think what they've been through as a nation could be used as a motivation against Scotland.

It is difficult to assess the shape of the Ukrainian national team now, many players have been without a game for months and this will certainly affect their physical form. It’s not worth talking about the psychological state at all, Scotland in this situation looks like a favorite. If Ukraine can win, it will be a huge feat, and a very big miracle. But to be honest, I don't even know what Ukraine will be capable of in the final part if they manage to beat Scotland.
Having been inactive for a long time, of course, will affect the performance of the Ukrainian players, indeed, Scotland will benefit from qualifying for the world cup in Qatar. but it's true that because their country's condition is not good, it could make the fighting spirit of the Ukrainian players increase rapidly to be able to make their country proud on the football stage.
it will be a very tough match.
For the fact that Ukraine players have not been having a team training for some months now  it will affect their performance for sure, and this will be advantage to their opponent.  Scotland have a better chance of winning.
And it looks like Scotland is considered to be more prepared than Ukraine because Ukraine's preparations were disrupted by the Russian military invasion and that definitely interfered with preparations in the exercise.
and Scotland are a rising team and are unbeaten in their last five matches, it will be a tough opponent for Ukraine and but no one knows what will happen later on the pitch as Ukraine also has ambitions to qualify for Qatar world cup.
