Really I dont understand what you want to say?? I can offer offline bets for players who bet lower league. (Balkan leagues, Russian, Ukrainen, Czech.) etc. Dont touch odd.

It's interesting to note that only newbies with offers like these pop up.
I think that the OP created an account just for this thread. It`s possible that he have trusted account but don`t want to connect it with such kind of deals. Also it is possible that he can give some guarantees and proves in the personal messages.
But anyway i don`t think that someone need such kind of help. If i want someone to make offline bets - it seems that i break the laws or ToS.
