It's too late for OP to convert them to stable coin. The best way now is to hold on and wait for a bull market to return. the coins that OP is holding are mostly new coins, low cap is really risky for you, best you keep holding and stop pouring money into them even though the price is already 90% cheaper than the price you purchased initially. Focus on bitcoin and ethereum for now instead of low cap coins, it just exposes you to more risk.
