Losing is very hard to rub off, especially when you lose a lot of money in one night, I can easily rub it off now but when I was starting out it was hard for me.

I have a friend who always shows signs of obvious loss in gambling, and he always shows body signs like he doesn't want to talk to anyone and always looks far, always trips himself because his mind is wandering.
Now, do you have a body sign that people around you can tell if you lose money in gambling, I'm sure all of us have one, be honest with yourself  Cheesy

When I notice that I am thinking about money losses rather than profits, my body automatically tells me that I have reached the elastic limit and should take a break. It's not a big deal to feel upset about loss, yes, the agony of things not going as planned can be awful at times, but you must learn from your mistakes and grow in areas where you fall short. There are also losses that were meant to ruin my day sometimes, but I managed to convince myself that it is what it is, laugh it off, you can't change what has happened.
That's what i'm doing after through the tough times back in the days ... depressed due how gamble have destroyed my whole life , i even tried to sell my kidney in my dark times , i learned the lesson and im coming back stronger now heading every single problem with a laugh and it feels things are easy to bear.

Now i can gamble and losing $500 a day but feels like im losing nothing but gaining experience and mote lesson to learn. Pretty simple.
