Losing is very hard to rub off, especially when you lose a lot of money in one night, I can easily rub it off now but when I was starting out it was hard for me.

Yeah, I guess I do have some kind of a physical sign. My sign that I am losing money in gambling is that I get irritated then I become angry. Its not a good look and I feel bad after that slight "anger tantrum" of sorts.
But I think this stays true for everyone who gambles. Its just a universal human experience so what are you going to do?
Losing money is just not healthy for your mental health and that is something which also effects your physical health. I think most people show that quite clearly with their irritation (which is hard to hide).
