If im not in the good mood due to some unfortunate situation (not only in gambling) I usually listen to my favorite songs to calm myself and forget what happened. It can help me to relax then after an hour im already fine. Because im not the type who's dwelling in the past. Like if I gamble and lose, its my decision to gamble my money and no one force me so its my fault and I need to face the consequences for doing that. Acceptance can help to move on.
