It's now part of the business model to have it and what's commendable is what you've said. Everything is well handled and there's no complaint that's quite hard on their part to resolve.

@Owl does the current mining pool will expired or will you extend it? What will gonna happened to the tokens left staked when the pool expired? Do we still need manually unstaking it or the unstaking process will be automatic?

Until now I wasn't able to get into staking since it's always quick in being full.
I think when it expires, it will automatically just unstake and then we have to wait again until they open the staking once again. I hope that they'll open more slots for its opening so that almost everybody can stake.
I'm not aware that there mining pool has a limit but I remember I stake always few days when the new mining pool announce. Subscribe to there announcement channel to make sure you are updated on there news event. The staking profit is pretty decent since the token price is continuous growing so its a win win situation for us that keep holding since we a have extra profit.
I only use one time there support and it took them 1hr to reply but that is when they are new so I'm not updated anymore to the current response rate of there support. Do you have recent issue to the casino? I'm curious to know what's the improvement they done in terms of customer service.
