Losing is very hard to rub off, especially when you lose a lot of money in one night, I can easily rub it off now but when I was starting out it was hard for me.
I have a friend who always shows signs of obvious loss in gambling, and he always shows body signs like he doesn't want to talk to anyone and always looks far, always trips himself because his mind is wandering.
Now, do you have a body sign that people around you can tell if you lose money in gambling, I'm sure all of us have one, be honest with yourself

I always start sweating, when I lose even small amounts of money. I just can't hide it. That's why I don't want to gamble on offline casinos.
I totally understand your friend. If I would have lost a big amount of money, I wouldn't be really social and talkative as well.

Even though your parents know this kind of behaviour I guess it is not ideal to stay yourself locked away in your room it is ideal to make an open up with your family and friends with that because its not good to your mental health they are there to help you and not to judge you.
This definitely won't help in my case. My mother would never help me, if she finds out that I'm wasting money on gambling. She would scream at me for several weeks, instead of trying to help me. Maybe that's why I would never gamble with big amounts of money.
I just don't want unnecessary drama.
