Can payment methods block or delete money in my account?
3 days ago, I sent money to about 6K different people using the payment method. Within 1 hour, a message followed. Please contact us to prove whether the transactions belong to you or not. Then I called customer service and did everything they told me to. He said that your transfers will take place within 20 minutes at the latest. When I entered the account afterwards, yes, money transfers were made, but the money was not sent to the people I transferred.
Then I wanted to connect to customer service, but I could not connect, I sent an e-mail, no response. Two days later, I saw a news about the company and it turned out that they ran away with about 128 million dollars. That's why it's so important that the company has proven its safety.
