It displays as a link that works in your original post, but I don't think the bbs likes it for whatever reason when it tries to display the actual image.

You did the image just fine. The continued breakage was my fault.
Since I’m a Newbie, I had entirely forgotten that the Bitcoin Forum’s privacy-protecting image proxy has a 2MB limit. (I can never remember whether that’s 2,000,000 bytes, or 2,097,152 bytes; a little Newbie help, please?)

recursion, an important concept in computer science. I almost never post animations here; it’s not a habit. And anyway, I’ve seen suchmoon throw down a boatload of crass, exceptionally annoying animated GIFs in one post when it suited her fancy. What’s good for the goose is good for the gander.
