Yep, he has been without campaign for quite some time so its natural to write less, or maybe he is without the campaign because he can't be bothered to be as active as before. After all, its perfectly normal to take a break from forum every once in a while. If anything, someone else will have a chance to become the most active member of our local board
I think he is finally back today, there is still hope for us 
Maybe he was resting, swimming and getting nice skin color on his holiday vacation.
So, the first idea to determine how lively the “local boards ecosystem is”, would be to calculate the ratio between the number of posts in the local boards, as a whole, to the number of posts in the forum.
Maybe I don't understand your mambo italiano english, but isn't this already provided in his reports?You can clearly see number of posts for most members in local boards, and there is information about merit statistics as well.
