The bear market is not over and some people are already feeling like the bull market is back, this looks like another bull trap to me, this isn't the right time to start buying again because the dip isn't over, just because Bitcoin goes back up to 30,000$+ isn't a sign of bull season, wait for more dips before buying.
How can you predict the price decline in the market that will happen again from now on ? do you have an unusual profession such as an expert in reading market conditions and the like ? So I can confidently say that the decline will still occur and it's not over yet, even though the Bitcoin price at $30,000+ can't be a benchmark for market improvement at this time.
agree with you, bitcoin reached a dip of 26k at the time of yesterday's correction, maybe there will be an increase that only reaches 35k or 40k and has not been able to make new ATH again, in conclusion if bitcoin correction above 30k yesterday it is possible to make new ATH reach 80k in the month to come could be in November which is often a significant increase in altcoins.
