Here’s a follow up on the recent complaints as well as many questions from the community requesting to clarify our positions. This is the post to emphasize on the points stated before as well as to elaborate our position to the general public.

1. Do we request KYC?

Yes, we have to at some point.

2. What can trigger KYC?

- We utilize risk based approach to determine necessity of KYC, some cases are listed below.
- Multi accounting with bonus abuse.
- Systemic bonus hunting, where account is used purely to gain advantage of bonus.
- Suspicion that the casino could be used as a mixer.
- Certain thresholds, e.g. at some point large volumes of deposits and cash outs will be a subject to KYC. Our terms and conditions suggest 7BTC for pure crypto transactions, be we reserve the right to do it sooner.

3. What makes my KYC tougher?

- Generally we try to be non-invasive with KYC, except the cases where we suspect multi-accounting with a bonus abuse or money laundering, then we might be quite extensive in our requests.
- Provision of fake documents (obviously leads to very negative consequences).

4. Is there a chance that my money can be confiscated?

- On a very rare occasion, only if we have sufficient evidence related to bonus abuse and multi-accounting and we would be able to clearly explain that to the regulator.
- During the last 2 years that happened 3 times.
- Generally intentional and systemic breach of terms and conditions can result in a trouble. Breach can happen by mistake, we always try to be flexible if we see that no harm was meant.

5.What if I am hunting your bonuses, can I get in trouble?

Our bonuses have no wagering requirements and are highly abusable. We react very strongly when we get targeted by groups of interconnected people and less strongly when the activity is individual.

If a person just takes advantage, e.g. claim bonus and cash-out or claim bonus, make a few spins and cash out. We may request documents and probably will disable further bonuses, but we will process the cash out.

6. Why offer abusable bonuses to start with?

98% of customers use those for leisure, 2% purely for gain. As long as the balance is more towards the leisure we are going to continue offer those type of bonuses.

7. If I deposited 1mbtc won 1 BTC, will I experience problems cashing out?

No. Big wins is what drives the gambling industry. We will try to process asap and market the big win.

8. Why are you not interacting directly with people who complain here?

We made our point clear in individual correspondence with those customers, the communication will have to continue in the normal order, please see details below.

a) Where we confiscated funds in relation to multi-accounting and bonus abuse, we have clear evidence and there is nothing to discuss. We are also not in position to share any evidence in this forum. If a customer in question wishes to dispute the decision, please start with complaining either to the regulator or to the alternative dispute resolution entity, both contacts are listed on our website. b) Where we requested KYC and not paying out. There is one case like this in progress. Please submit KYC and we will pay out if all documents are in order.

c) In cases where we excluded player from bonuses. These decisions won’t be reconsidered.
