You have a good intentions but i think it is not simple as what you think, if that would really help to solve poverty maybe every government already print a lot of money and give it to the poor residence but it is not, there are a lot of factors to balance the economy  and printing more money is not really a solution it can only increase the prices of the goods because people will have a lot of money to spend on goods i think government need to balance the economy by printing money depending on the real output of every country to balance the inflation because if people have a lot of money the demands of the basic needs product will increase but the supply will still be the same it will leads to inflation and that will be a problem.
