A transparent pricing would be great. I got a company in DE and bank account at mercury for $500 through stripe atlas. Could have got it done @ $400 from firstbase tho

Also, how does taxation happen in case of foreign ownership with LLC. Since LLC is a passthrough entity unlike a corp.
