I wonder whether Real Madrid are going to go for a striker this summer. They already have an incredible striker like Benzema now and his effort in this season so far has been amazing. But they can't rely on him every season at this point. If they manage to sign a young and strong striker as early as possible, they can be more comfortable considering the future. Kylian Mbappe was their prioritized target but PSG convinced him to extend for three more years. This must be a big disappointment for Real Madrid and let's see what their next move is going to be.
Real Madrid has the budget but they ran out of their main options, Mbappe mainly and Haaland also.
There is some rumours about Tchouameni, Dybala, B. Silva. I don't think there will be someone to take Benzema place at least for the next season but Real Madrid should find a substitute for him for the upcoming years.

They missed the Mbappe and Haaland trains already. PSG extended Mbappe's contract and Haaland has joined Manchester City. For now, I see Lewandowski as a very good option for them actually. He might be a little old like Benzema but we saw what Benzema did this season. Lewandowski might even do much better and I don't think that he would have serious adaptation problems here too. On the other hand Real Madrid might want to sign a young talent rather than aged players like Lewandowski. I think their going for Mbappe and Haaland proves this.
Yes, Real Madrid must immediately look for new ammunition to regenerate the squad in three sectors.  On the front lines, it looks like Ancelotti will still rely on Benzema, but with his young age, Madrid must find the right replacement striker.  In midfield, El Real is also obliged to add new players to regenerate the current three midfielders, Toni Kroos, Modric and Casemiro are getting old, their performance is starting to decline.  Real Madrid's defense also has to evaluate, the arrival of Rudiger is right to add strength but it's not enough.  In addition, Real Madrid also released quite a number of players, so it is imperative for Madrid to add ammunition to maintain the balance of the squad.
